We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time customers who are not satisfied with their experience.
This guarantee applies to one opened unit per product type, per customer, within 30 days of the order's delivery date.
The request must be for a first-time purchase of that product.
A valid reason for the dissatisfaction must be provided.
The opened item must be substantially unused and in its original packaging, where applicable.
Any additional units of the same product must be unopened and sealed in order to be eligible for refund.
We accept returns of unopened, sealed products in original condition within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

Products must be in resalable condition, unopened, and unused.
The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
A refund will be issued once returned products have been received and inspected by our team.

The refund request is submitted after the 30-day window has passed.
More than one unit of the same product is opened or consumed.
Items are returned incomplete, heavily used, damaged, or tampered with.
Promotional, clearance, or final sale items are not eligible for refund unless faulty.
Refund requests are suspected to be abusive, excessive, or fraudulent.
Repeat refund claims are made from the same individual, household, or account.
Refund claims are made for subjective or unverifiable reasons without sufficient context.
Final discretion regarding refunds or returns lies solely with Sehha.
As our products are consumable health items, we reserve the right to decline refunds where we believe policy abuse or unreasonable expectations may exist.
